We provide additional material to course instructors using the book. The material comprises

Please note: The instructors material is protected by a password. If you want to get access to the password-protected material then please fill out the following form and click the submit buttom (labelled by "Absenden") below the formular. We are going to verify your inquiry as quickly as possible and provide you with the login details.

 After you have submitted your query by clicking on the "Absenden"-button, we will check your request. After acceptance, you will receive an email with the following text
